1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Osirislist website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Osirislist provides home staging services including but not limited to:

  • Full home staging
  • Partial staging
  • Consultation services
  • Virtual staging
  • Furniture rental

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Osirislist are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, additional services requested, or changes to the scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of staging services. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information
  • Ensuring access to the property at scheduled times
  • Notifying Osirislist of any property issues or restrictions
  • Maintaining the staged property in good condition

7. Liability

Osirislist is not liable for any pre-existing property conditions or damages not caused by our staging activities. We carry appropriate insurance for our services and staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Osirislist and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, in San Francisco, California or another chosen location by Osirislist Staging.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Miscellaneous

The Site is controlled and operated from within the United States. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Osirislist Staging. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
